Pre-Laminated and Pre-skived, Single Durmoeter Blockers are sheets of material that, when heated allow you to fabricate one pair of CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOSES quickly and easily.
The rear foot portion is thicker than the forefoot, allowing grinding and posting of the orthosis after molding
Choose from:
- Pink Plastazote - 20 Durometer
- White Plastazote - 35 Durometer
- Blue Microcel Puff - 35 Durometer
- Multicork - 55 Durometer
- P-Cell - 20/25 Durometer
Using Blockers:
1. Modify Cast as usual
2.Cut Blocker in 1/2 lengthwise
3. Heat at 250F until soft
4. Vacuum form until cool
5. Grind and shape smooth
